By the PJA technology concrete has been designed all over the world: We worked on Microstructure of Concrete project 101 for Strategic Highway Research Program as the principal, Great Belt Connection, Prince Edwards Island Bridge, Freedom Tower in NY, Revel Casino, Yau Lee Construction in HongKong, Masdar Green City in the Emirates, ready mix plants in Dubai and Abudabi, Qatar, Bahrain, the US and Europe. All together exceeding 100 ready mix plants and thousands of mix designs.
What's the deal?
As a customer you get an optimized concrete mix design that complies with the specifications at the lowest cost, and still the best concrete you have ever seen! Savings are typically 1 ->50 US$ per yd3. On Freedom Tower, the savings were $52/yd3 for the highest strength concrete (18,000 PSI = 110 MPa). In addition on major construction projects a team of technicians will typically do mix design trial and error for 3-12 months without ever getting an optimized design. With the PJA technology all of this can be saved as we have the answer confirmed after 1 month.
